When submitting a technical question, please be sure you have
the latest version of AdminToys Suite installed.
Also include the following information when contacting our technical support staff:
- Operating system (including Service Pack) on both the local & remote machines
- A detailed description of the task you are trying to perform within the software
(as much detail as possible so we can duplicate the problem)
- Error messages you are receiving
- A brief description of your network environment
